The design studio, is a team of passionate engineers – specialised, among other things, in the development of testing stations for testing the properties and durability of products and materials for most industries.

Over the past few months, the design office has prepared the concept for several stations, thanks to which we have realised prototypes with which it is possible to verify and monitor, for example, the durability of products. measurement of the length of the transmission belt, carry out operation tests of the electric motors, as well as verify, in a further station carried out for manufacturers of R&D appliances, the operation of control buttons for the operation of modern household appliances.

In the area of household appliances, we are mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of unit test and laboratory workstations for individual customer requirements. For heavy industry and pharmaceuticals, we modernize existing production lines. Our portfolio includes a very large number of solutions, which gives us a significant position in the market. Based on our vast in-house experience, we are able not only to build the stand but also to optimize energy consumption and support the customer with a proper audit to obtain, for example, “white certificates.”

The design and implementation of multiple test benches, modernization of the line at different manufacturing stages, allowed monitoring of defective parts or a group of defective parts thus reducing the number of product complaints by end customers, while optimizing the risk of image crisis.
