Detection and monitoring system for styrene concentration at Polplast in Myślenice
The aim of the project is to minimise the release of toxic substances into the working environment during the production process. As part of the ongoing task, a special chamber was created in the zone of the highest styrene release, together with supply and exhaust ventilation. In the closed chamber, we monitor the explosive concentration of styrene vapour at the DGW [Lower Explosive Limit] level.
Carbon monoxide detection and monitoring system at Tauron Ciepło in Katowice
As part of the modernisation of two CO detection systems, a common one was used. The central control panel of the detection system has a remote operator panel located in the control room, thus ensuring constant supervision of the plant services over the condition of the facility. The operator panel provides visualisation of the monitored area, registration of measured values and constitutes a GATEWAY for possible integration with the plant DCS system.
Hydrogen sulphide concentration detection and monitoring system at MONDI Świecie
As part of the implementation of the hydrogen sulphide concentration detection and monitoring system project at the mechanical wastewater treatment plant at the MONDI ŚWIECIE S.A. plant, a system with digital communication already known at this plant from previous implementations was implemented. SmArtGas 4 series detectors with electrochemical sensors detecting hydrogen sulphide concentrations in the range of 50 ppm were used. Due to the difficult measurement conditions, the detectors were fitted with special membrane heads to increase the detectors’ IP rating and make them waterproof.
