Field verification of measuring systems
The many years of experience of our engineers in the water and wastewater industry allows us to carry out verification services for installed metering equipment on site.
We perform:.
- verification of flow devices using a portablenon-invasive, ultrasonic flow meter,
- verification of measuring devices in open channels,
- verification of gas flow measurement devices,
- verification of orifice systems.
White certificates
ENTERPRISE ENERGY AUDIT
In 2016, the Energy Efficiency Act was introduced, which made it mandatory for large enterprises to carry out an energy audit. The audit must be repeated every 4 years. As part of our obligations under the Act, we carry out an enterprise energy audit, the purpose of which is to identify the largest areas of energy consumption in technological processes, buildings, transport, which together account for at least 90% of total energy use.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AUDIT
In order to determine the energy efficiency of a company, we perform an audit presenting opportunities to improve energy efficiency in a specific area of activity. An important element of such an audit is to indicate how and to what extent the company can achieve energy savings within its operations. A energy efficiency audit is necessary for entrepreneurs when applying for white certificates or applying for funding for energy efficiency improvements for the company from various programmes.
White certificates
White certificates are a confirmation of the energy savings that will be achieved as a result of a planned project improving energy efficiency. It is also a mechanism that allows for a significant return of part of the investment outlay by selling the acquired certificates on the TGE. Certificates are issued upon application by the company where the projects are planned. The application is accompanied by a energy efficiency audit confirming the planned energy effects.
Audit companies qualifying in the following ranges:.
- employing more than 250 persons,
- whose annual turnover was over €50 million,
- whose balance sheet total exceeded €43 million.
Company audit result:.
- a report produced by a qualified expert providing an energy consumption profile,
- indications on how to reduce energy sources or maximise existing sources.
White certificate:.
The unit of value of a white certificate, as defined by the International Energy Agency(IEA)and the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, is toe – tonne of oil equivalent
- 1 toe = 41.868 GJ
- 1 toe = 11 630 kWh = 11.63 MWh.

Periodic inspections including component replacement
We have a team of engineers providing constant supervision of the control and instrumentation systems through permanent service contracts, also in the form of a 24/7 service.
Constant supervision of control and instrumentation is provided by:
- process security
- process archiving,
- replacement of defective measuring components at short notice,
- process quality monitoring
- predictive maintenance of operating equipment
