Light intensity test stand for kitchen hoods
Test stand in accordance with PN-EN 61591 standard. Its task is to test the light intensity of kitchen hoods. The stand is dedicated to testing household appliances. The main element of the stand is a darkroom for testing household appliances, where the tests take place.
Test bench for opening/closing
The station for testing mechanical components, opening and closing the desired component, was adapted with its functionality and dimensions to the workpiece under test. The tests carried out allow sensory determination of wear of moving parts after a given number of cycles.
Dishwasher pump life tester
The Dishwasher pump life tester consists of 10 pump testing stations. Three stainless steel tanks were used to ensure adequate water for testing. Water from the plant was supplied to each of the tanks and an automatic water level control system monitors the water level and, if the water level drops, automatically tops it up.
Mechanical joint rupture test bench
The joint test bench is used for testing of welded joints, glued joints, soldered joints directly at the production line in order to set the relevant process parameters. The working element of the bench is a hydraulic spreader mounted on the bench top. The breaking force is measured using a strain gauge sensor. The specimen clamping jaw assembly is mounted on linear carriages.
Pallet tilt/leaning test bench
Development and preparation of a dedicated pallet test bench, the purpose of which will be to test pallet tilt by a given angle. The packed pallet test allows you to determine whether the load has been packed correctly using the right quality materials and packing system without fear of damage or destruction.
Test stand for electric motors
The Electric motor test bench is used for testing of complete fans and other electric-powered equipment. It enables safe measurements of electrical parameters (such as current and power) for various settings of the device under test. The built-in autotransformer for testing voltages allows devices to be tested for different supply voltages.
Pushbutton test stand
Button testing machine of various types. The Button testing machine can be adapted to the individual needs of the customer. The machine allows testing of the effectiveness of pushbuttons – counting the number of short-circuits of the pushbutton’s electrical contacts using high-speed counter input (HSC) PLC with high-speed counter input (HSC). Displays the results of the test in real time with the possibility to abort the test when the lower limit of the pushbutton’s effectiveness is exceeded.
Product storage test bench
The stand is used to test the stability of products stored in a “one on top of the other” manner. Any such prototype can be customised to meet the needs of the production plant and its functions can be expanded.
Positioning station for bent metal sheets before welding
The function of the stand is to stably position bent casing sheets during their welding process. A set of high-quality precision clamps allows to ensure the repeatability of the process, and dedicated latches allow the station to be rearmed to weld different types of enclosures.
Material deflection measurement stand
The equipment allows measurement of the deformation of the component under test in relation to the force exerted on it. The stand allows testing of materials of different sizes. This allows us to test various objects, such as the drum of a washing machine, the backrest of a chair or styrofoam for packaging/securing products in transit.
